Destination Hilliard Tourist Attraction Sponsorship Program
Destination Hilliard offers a Sponsorship Program to support events that drive visitation, overnight stays, and economic impact.
Sponsorships may include:
- Financial support
- Marketing and promotional assistance
- On-site activation or visitor engagement support
Sponsorship consideration is based on factors such as:
- Visitor draw and geographic reach
- Alignment with Hilliard’s tourism goals
- Timing, scale, and audience
- Community and economic impact
Note: submitting a sponsorship request does not replace City of Hilliard approvals. Destination Hilliard is a 501c4 dedicated to marketing the Hilliard community.
When City Coordination Is Required
Many large events require coordination with the City of Hilliard, particularly when they:
- Use public property, streets, or parks
- Require road closures or traffic control
- Involve large crowds, amplified sound, or safety planning
- Impact nearby businesses or neighborhoods
