Commonly referred to as Yogic Sleep, Yoga Nidra is a meditative state of consciousness between sleep and wakefulness.
You are guided into a deep state of conscious relaxation and to a place in which you may rest deeply and experience revelations that may be buried deep within.
Please dress comfortably (warm clothing/socks) and bring your favorite blanket if you prefer to be covered as you will be lying still for the duration of the Yoga Nidra. Led by Tiffany.
