What is Pound?
POUND is a full body cardio rockout workout jam session inspired by playing the drums. You become the drummer in your own fitness concert. We use lightly weighted drumsticks (we call them Ripstix) to rockout and workout. And we make noise! POUND is choreographed to some amazing songs and uses movements from Pilates and yoga. No experience is required. POUND is for ANY age at ANY stage. There are options for every move and I show them all. You take the one that works for you in that moment.
What to bring: a yoga mat, water, sunscreen, supportive shoes and an attitude for having a good time!
