About Event

How many pollinators can YOU spot? Join the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz at Roger A. Reynolds Municipal Park on Sunday, September 28 from 11 a.m.–2 p.m.

A BioBlitz is like a giant nature treasure hunt: snap photos of bees with iNaturalist, color butterflies, chalk the walkway, and meet entomologists and biologists from ScottsMiracle-Gro.

Every photo helps researchers protect pollinators —the tiny superheroes of food and flowers.

The National Recreation and Park Association has coordinated the Parks for Pollinators BioBlitz events with support from The Scotts Miracle-Gro Foundation since 2018.

Together, we're already making a difference for pollinator habitats. Bring your family, explore the park and learn about these important creatures!
