The parade starts at 9 a.m. at the Franklin County Fairgrounds. From the fairgrounds it will head south down Main Street, continue east on Cemetery Road, north on Norwich Street, then north on Columbia Street and end at the Franklin County Fairgrounds.
Food For The Fourth: Started by two brothers who are residents of Hilliard, Sam and Charlie. Volunteers from the Hilliard Food Pantry will be around just before the parade to collect non-perishable food items, cash donations, and school supplies!
