Hilliard Short Film Festival celebrates independent filmmaking and showcase local film and filmmakers. Finalists will be juried by a panel of experts and prizes awarded in announced categories, with a day of screenings open to the public.
All films will meet and adhere to the commonly accepted film ratings no more than PG-13 as judged by film judges. Each short runs between 3 and 10 minutes in length in any genre.
